Note:

~ Rental time blocks reflect the entire use time you are permitted. This includes set-up and clean-up time. If you need additional time for set-up and clean-up be SURE you choose to add additional time by the hour.
~ If you paid a deposit for the space, please remember to have all payments made at least two weeks before your event,
~ Please be certain you read and follow all rental guidelines for the space.
~ Alcohol is only permitted if all appropriate fees have been paid and all beverages must be served in accordance with state law. Alcohol use requires a police officer to be present during all hours when alcohol is being served.
~ If serving alcohol, a required fee of $105 covers a Police Officer for a 3 hour period. Additional hours can be added for $35 per hour.
